During seasonal oil changes, all components of the entire fuel supply system should be cleaned. The diesel used should meet seasonal requirements and undergo 48 hours of precipitation purification treatment.

If the oil filter is not maintained in a timely manner during the use of diesel generator sets, the filter element becomes blocked, the oil pressure increases, the safety valve opens, and the lubricating oil directly flows into the main oil passage, which will exacerbate the wear of the lubricating surface and affect the service life of the diesel generator set. Therefore, the oil filter should be cleaned once every 180 to 200 hours of operation. If damaged, it should be replaced immediately to prevent impurities from entering the lubricating surface. When the diesel generator set is used for a seasonal change, the crankcase and various lubricating surfaces should also be cleaned. The method is to use a mixture of engine oil, kerosene, and diesel oil as washing oil. After the engine oil is drained, washing oil can be added for cleaning. Replacing oil resistant rubber parts with ordinary rubber parts may result in early engine wear, reduced lifespan, or deformation due to the expansion of external sealing parts due to internal short circuits caused by sealing failure of internal sealing parts during use, resulting in the extrusion of the outer sealing ring of the oil filter and a large amount of oil leakage in a short period of time, causing the engine to burn tiles, hold the shaft, and suffer serious damage.
